Grace & Gratitude offers a collection of carefully curated tea blends that include caffeine-free herbals and rooibos teas, slightly caffeinated green teas, moderately caffeinated black teas, and oolong teas. Please note that all of our teas are free from added sweeteners. If you enjoy your tea sweetened, please consider our all-natural tea sugar crystals, which perfectly sweeten your tea without altering its flavor.
Additionally, Grace & Gratitude teas are certified organic and are grown without conventional pesticides, petroleum-based fertilizers, or sewage-sludge based fertilizers. Lastly, our teas are grown following the Ethical Tea Partnership, an organization that monitors and regulates living and working conditions on tea estates worldwide.
Lastly, our teas are hand-blended and packed in small batches to ensure consistent quality and maximum freshness.
What is the origin of your teas?
Our teas are sourced from organic and ethically responsible tea farms and estates from across the world. The complete origin of our tea blends are provided on each tea blend’s page.
What are the ingredients in our teas?
The complete listing of our tea ingredients are detailed on each tea blend’s product page. There are no secret ingredients, additives, or sweeteners in our tea blends.
Do our teas contain any calories?
Most of our teas contain virtually no carbohydrates or calories.
What is the caffeine content in our teas?
There are many factors that effect the amount of caffeine in your cup, such as water temperature and steeping time. However, please see the range of caffeine in our caffeine-free, low caffeine, and medium caffeine tea blends.

The average cup 8oz cup of coffee contains 91 mg of caffeine.
What is organic natural flavoring?
Organic natural flavoring is derived from all organic and natural sources, such as essential oils, essences, or extracts. The flavoring enhances the tea components and rounds out the flavors. However, a little goes a very long way and the flavoring accounts for less than 1% of our tea blend composition.
Please note: Our Beautiful Wondermint Tea Blend does not contain any natural flavoring.
How long does our tea remain fresh?
To keep your teas fresh, always store them in a cool, dry, dark place and keep them well sealed. For maximum freshness consume within 6 months of purchase or up to 12 months, if transferred into an airtight tea tin.
Preparation Notes:
Preparation instructions are based on 8 ounces of water for medium strength and flavor. If milder or stronger tea is desired, please customize to your liking by reducing or increasing the amount of tea and the amount of steeping time. However, avoid over-steeping your tea to avoid a bitter taste.
