Gratitude Goals
Today kicks off our month of Gratitude Goals! Gratitude is more than merely saying, ”thank you.” Instead, gratitude is shifting focus from the negative to appreciating the positive. Practicing gratitude gives us a deeper connection to ourselves, the world around us, and our Creator.
This month you will be challenged to reflect and act on gratitude. It will require you to look within and also stretch outside of yourself. Some days you may have to dig deep, and other days you may need to reach wide, but it will be worth it. We will be better after this month of crushing our Gratitude Goals.
So, I invite you to join us! Please follow this blog for more information on our daily gratitude goals.
Today is day one and the Gratitude Goal for today is to reflect on and appreciate Sundays.
For me, I am reflecting on and appreciating how Sundays are family days for me. I can be a little lazy and lounge around with my husband and kids. We like to watch a church service or two and then take a nice long ride. The kids will typically fall asleep, and then hubs and I will laugh and chat about all the things.
Why are you grateful for Sundays? How do you typically spend this day?
